Job Role :Enrichment of Customer Database- Development & Maintain Calling Existing & New Customers for celebrations & availing products on discounted basis on their Anniversaries & birthdays, or such other occasions Coordination of events & promotional activities Generate Customer feedback & analysis to be put to management from time to time in a periodic basis for key decisions Follow up and coordination with retail outlets for ensuring that customer database is adequately registered so that it can be effectively put to use Strive to achieve budgeted sales targets through this channel Preparation of periodical sales reports through this channel Identify such other mechanisms and areas for augmenting sales through telemarketing Carry out such other activities as may be decided by management from time to time
