Educational Qualification: Applicants those who are applying for these posts should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or Institution. Provided that the candidate may be permitted to take Preliminary Competitive Examination while studying for his Degree. But the candidate shall be required to produce proof of passing the Degree course for being eligible to take the Main Competitive Examination during that year.
Age Limit: Applicants those who are willing to apply for these posts their age should be in between 21 years to 37 years as on 01-01-2015. However the upper age limit relaxation will be provided upto 45 years for Other State Government or the Government of India, including Board/ Corporations/ Public Sector Undertaking employees, upto 33 years for SC/ BC of Punjab Police Service and Punjab Prisons Services and upto 42 years for other services except Punjab Police Service and Punjab Prisons Services.
Application Fee: Applicants those who belong to UR category (including Lineal Descendant of Ex-servicemen, Punjab) are required to pay the application fee of Rs. 3000/-, Rs. 1125/- for Scheduled Castes/ Scheduled Tribes of all States and Backward Classes of Punjab, Rs.500/- for Ex-Servicemen of Punjab and Rs. 1750/- for Physically Handicapped, Punjab by using the print out of system generated Bank Challan Form through any Branch of State Bank of Patiala.
